This Student Admission, Training and Interview Assistance Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SalesIgnite, an online Sales Training Institute, and the Student/Candidate applying for the programme. By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, the Student confirms that the Student has read, understood and voluntarily agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Nature of the Programme
1.1 SalesIgnite provides training intended to develop practical sales, communication, professional and related employability skills.

1.3 The programme fee is charged for the training programme and the associated services expressly described in this Agreement.
1.4 Participation in the programme does not create any entitlement to employment, placement, appointment, salary, designation or employment with any particular employer.
2. Programme and Fee
2.4 Programme Fee: ₹14,999/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes, if any, as applicable under law.
2.6 The Student shall be responsible for payment of the programme fee in accordance with the payment terms communicated by SalesIgnite.
3. Successful Completion of Training
For the purposes of this Agreement, a Student shall be treated as having successfully completed the programme only when the Student:
- Attended at least 95% of the scheduled training sessions
- Paid the programme fee in full
- Submitted the prescribed assignments
- Attended and completed the prescribed assessments
- Otherwise complied with the essential requirements of the programme communicated to the Student
SalesIgnite shall confirm successful completion of the programme. A Student who does not satisfy the above requirements shall not be eligible for the Interview Assistance Commitment described in Clause 5, unless SalesIgnite expressly waives a particular requirement in writing.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
4.1 SalesIgnite does not guarantee employment, placement, selection, joining or continued employment.
4.2 An interview opportunity only gives the Student an opportunity to participate in an employer's recruitment or selection process.
4.3 The decision regarding shortlisting, interview, assessment, selection, compensation, designation, location and employment shall rest entirely with the respective employer.
4.5 The Student understands that selection depends upon the employer's requirements and the Student's own qualifications, experience, skills, assessment results and performance during the recruitment process.
5. Interview Assistance Commitment
5.1 After successful completion of the programme, SalesIgnite shall make reasonable and bona fide efforts to facilitate up to two (02) suitable Interview Opportunities for an Eligible Student during the period of six (6) months commencing from the date of confirmation of successful completion.
5.3 The Interview Assistance Commitment is an obligation to make reasonable and bona fide efforts to identify and facilitate suitable interview opportunities. It is not a guarantee that two interview opportunities will necessarily become available during the six-month period.
5.4 The availability of interview opportunities depends upon vacancies, employer requirements, recruitment schedules, employer eligibility criteria and other circumstances outside SalesIgnite's control.
5.6 SalesIgnite shall maintain a record of Interview Assistance activities undertaken for each Eligible Student.
5.7 The six-month period shall commence on the date on which SalesIgnite confirms in writing that the Student has successfully completed the programme.
6. Meaning of Interview Opportunity
6.1 An "Interview Opportunity" means an opportunity communicated by SalesIgnite to the Eligible Student to participate in an actual employer recruitment or selection process for a position reasonably commensurate with the Student's qualifications and experience.
6.3 A mere job advertisement, general vacancy notification or application link, without an actual opportunity to participate in the employer's selection process, shall not by itself constitute an Interview Opportunity.
7. Communication of Interview Opportunity
7.1 An Interview Opportunity shall be formally communicated by SalesIgnite by email to the email address registered by the Student with SalesIgnite.
7.3 The Student is responsible for regularly checking the registered email address and for responding within the time specified in the communication.
8. Communication of Inability to Attend and Consequences
8.1 If, upon receiving an Interview Opportunity, the Student does not communicate an inability to attend in accordance with Clause 9 within the prescribed time, the Interview Opportunity shall be deemed to have been duly communicated and availed for the purposes of the Interview Assistance Commitment.
9. Student's Inability to Attend an Interview
9.1 If an Eligible Student is unable to attend an Interview Opportunity, the Student shall inform SalesIgnite at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the interview.
9.2 If the inability arises because of sudden illness, medical emergency or another circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Student occurring within the 12-hour period, the Student shall inform SalesIgnite as soon as practicable and, wherever possible, before the scheduled interview time.
9.4 A Student may invoke this provision not more than once during the applicable six-month Interview Assistance period, unless SalesIgnite permits otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
9.7 If the Student fails to provide the required intimation within the time prescribed, the Interview Opportunity may be counted as having been availed by the Student.
10. Employer Cancellation or Withdrawal
10.1 If an employer cancels, postpones or withdraws an Interview Opportunity for reasons attributable to the employer, that Interview Opportunity shall not be treated as having been availed by the Student.
11. Suitability of Interview Opportunities
11.2 SalesIgnite does not guarantee that an opportunity will correspond exactly to the Student's preferred employer, industry, job title, designation, location, working arrangement, salary or career preference.
11.4 The Student may decline an Interview Opportunity. However, where the Student voluntarily declines an Interview Opportunity after it has been duly communicated and does not claim inability to attend under Clause 9, the Interview Opportunity shall be treated as having been availed.
12. Employer Selection and Employment
12.1 The employer shall independently evaluate the Student. SalesIgnite does not control or influence the employer's selection decision.
12.4 If the Student receives an offer, the Student shall independently review the offer letter and all employment terms before accepting the offer.
12.7 Following an offer of employment or commencement of employment, all matters arising from or relating to the employment relationship shall be solely between the Student and the employer.
13. Student's Responsibilities
The Student shall:

15.7 The Interview Assistance Commitment forms part of the overall programme service and is not a separately purchased or separately refundable product. A Student who voluntarily withdraws from the programme or fails to successfully complete it shall not be eligible for the Interview Assistance Commitment.
15.8 Refund requests shall be submitted in writing to the official email address notified by SalesIgnite, with full name, registered email, mobile number, Admission/Application ID, payment reference and reason for the request. SalesIgnite shall acknowledge the request and communicate its decision within a reasonable period.

16.5 SalesIgnite shall take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the circumstances to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse, subject to applicable law.
16.8 Where processing is based on consent, the Student may withdraw such consent in accordance with applicable law. The Student acknowledges that withdrawal of consent to sharing professional information with prospective employers may make it impossible for SalesIgnite to facilitate interview opportunities requiring such sharing.
17. Grievance Redressal
17.1 The Student may submit a written grievance to SalesIgnite concerning the administration or delivery of the programme, including matters relating to training, payments or refunds, Interview Assistance, communications or processing of personal data.

18. Limitation of the Interview Assistance Commitment
18.1 SalesIgnite's obligation under this Agreement is limited to making reasonable and bona fide efforts to facilitate suitable interview opportunities.
18.3 SalesIgnite shall not be liable for rejection by an employer, failure to obtain employment, salary or compensation offered by an employer, employer cancellation or withdrawal of a vacancy, employer's recruitment delay, employer's background verification decision, or subsequent termination, resignation or other employment-related events.
19–23. General Terms
Changes to the programme or terms will not retrospectively remove a substantive right already accrued to the Student, and any updated version of these Terms will identify its version number and effective date.
